20x Your YouTube Subscribers and Views with Adam LoDoce’s 4-Step “SPOP” Process

Enter: YouTube

Now Adam’s videos didn’t really go anywhere initially, but when he shifted his focus to a new brand and niched down he doubled his viewership from 30k-40k a day to 70-80k views a day. With the success of his YouTube channel, various publications have reached out to him, and more recently TLC offered him a co-hosting position on ‘Kate Plus Date.’

“Videos should be easy for you to make consistently. If you make it hard for yourself, if you make it so that you have to spend 3 days every month creating one video, it’s NEVER going to happen.”

Once you have a plan, content, and video, you’re ready for the next step in the process, Post Production/Editing. It’s amazing what you can accomplish in post. You can turn a drab video into something punchy and interesting. It’s a great way to give your videos extra dimension and keep the viewer interested throughout and to keep them coming back for more.

More than Views

We’ve been talking a ton about views and subscribers, but there is more to successful videos, campaigns, and channels than numbers. What matters most is your IMPACT. 

How you measure impact varies from person to person. For Adam, his world impact can be measured in comments, messages, and emails from people reaching out to let him know how he’s changed their lives.  NOTHING has moved the needle more for his business than YouTube Traffic.
