Finding the right balance for paid traffic is key to a successful marketing plan. There’s no one-size-fits-all when it comes to getting more views for a business. Brown helps his clients experiment with different platforms to see what works best and what makes the most sense for their customer base.
The customer journey plays a large role in determining where to place marketing efforts. Think of what your customers value. What’s important to them? What are they looking for, if anything? Where do they go for information?
People want to be confident your business can help them. Your advertisement copy needs to be powerful to convince your demographic you’re the best choice for their problems. This takes time, and there is often a lot of trial and error.
As an expert, Brown thinks more marketers need to consider the onboarding experience. Convincing customers to purchase a product or service involves changing the habits of those customers. In many cases, the onboarding experience can make or break the customer experience. Having a smooth checkout process, training tools, and additional resources will build a strong relationship with customers.
Marketing your business isn’t an exact science. As long as you spend time examining your ideal client and positioning yourself in the right place to get noticed by your ideal client, you’ll find success. Paid traffic doesn’t usually result in success overnight. You need to experiment with different marketing options to see what works best for your business.
